We deeply regret that Rachel Clark, mother of bass player Tim and guitar player Steve passed away Monday, February 2, 2009. Our prayers are with the Clark family. Knowing that she is with our Lord fills our hearts with joy. She will greatly be missed.
ROCKIN' FOR GOD!!!
Right now we don't have any upcoming shows scheduled. We will be learning some new stuff, maybe coming up with something of our own, too. If you have any songs that you would like to hear us do, let us know. Go to our guestbook and sign in and tell us.
We wish to thank first and foremost, God, which without him, nothing would be possible. MEET THE BAND MEMBERS
Tim Clark - bass guitar, vocals. Birthday July 31, 1970, born and raised in Hickory, NC. I want to begin by saying I thank God for the gift of salvation and saving my soul. (John 3:16 & Romans 10:9) My biggest Christian influences are by far my parents. They are like the trees planted by the river and are not moved. I thank God for giving me to them. They really know how to love. My musical influences range from 80's rock-n-roll to metal, to todays contemporary praise and worship, but my greatest Christian influences by far are Petra and Stryper. I desire and hope to be that kind of encouragement and influence in the lives of others. To be an effective tool in God's hands and help others, out of my personal experiences. (Romans 8:28-30 & 35-39) I am the youngest of three. One sister and one brother, my sister being the oldest. I have four nephews and two nieces, whom I love very much and cherish in my heart. Alex Kale - Drums/Percussion. Started playing drums when I was 5 years old, (now 24), and took lessons from Rick Cline at The Music Center in Hickory, but mostly picked up things on my own.
Steve Clark - electric guitar, 6 string acoustic guitar, vocals. I started playing at age 12, sneaking my dads guitar out of his room, until he bought my first guitar and amp at 13. Started playing rock songs, pretty much self taught, influenced by Van Halen, Stevie Ray Vaughn, and Iron Maiden. Played in various local bar bands and came to know the Lord around age 23 when I started playing contemporary Christian music. I am a teaching pastor at Bethlehem Missionary Baptist Church in Hickory. My goal in life in to please Jesus and bring him glory through music and his word, and to be a good husband, son, brother, and father, and follow the path that God has chosen for me. I am married to a beautiful wife, Angie, and I have 3 wonderful kids, Lance, Danielle, and Angelica. Thanks for checking us out; come see us.
